This notice supplements our Privacy Notice for users in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland.
1. Data controller

2. Lawful basis for processing
- Performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the readings, accounts and subscriptions you request.
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) and, for biometric-style facial analysis, Art. 9(2)(a)) — for processing your selfie to generate an entertainment reading. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to secure the platform, prevent abuse and improve the service. We balance these against your rights and freedoms.
- Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)) — to retain financial records or respond to lawful requests.
3. Your rights
- Access, rectification, erasure ("right to be forgotten"), restriction and portability.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests.
- Withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.
- Lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority (e.g. CNIL, the ICO, the Irish DPC).

4. International transfers
Some of our sub-processors are located outside the EEA/UK. Transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard recognised by the European Commission and the UK ICO.
5. Automated decisions
The selfie reading itself is generated by an AI model. It is presented for entertainment and self-reflection only and has no legal or similarly significant effect on you. You may stop using the feature at any time.
