PDPA Notice

Last updated: 23 June 2026

This page is maintained by the Glimpse team to answer common privacy and security questions about Glimpse. It is informational; please review with your own counsel for legal advice.

This notice supplements our Privacy Notice for users in jurisdictions whose Personal Data Protection Act applies (including Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and other comparable APAC regimes). Where local law gives you stronger rights, those rights apply.

1. Purposes of collection, use and disclosure

We do not use your personal data for purposes outside those listed without obtaining fresh consent.

2. Consent

By ticking the consent box at sign-up you provide informed consent for the above purposes. You may withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account or by emailing privacy@glimpze.org. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

3. Your rights

We will respond to verified requests within the timeframe required by local law.

4. Transfers outside your country

Our infrastructure and sub-processors may store and process data in regions outside your country of residence (for example, the EU and the United States). We rely on contractual safeguards with each sub-processor.

5. Data Protection Officer

You may contact our DPO at privacy@glimpze.org. If you are not satisfied with our response you may complain to your local data protection authority (e.g. the PDPC in Singapore).
