By creating an account or using Glimpse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. The service
Glimpse generates entertainment readings from selfies using AI. Readings are for fun and self-reflection only. They are not medical, psychological, predictive, financial or legal advice. Do not rely on them for any important decision.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EEA) and able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Your account
- Keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- One account per person unless we agree otherwise.
4. Community guidelines — acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload selfies of anyone other than yourself without their explicit consent.
- Upload selfies of minors.
- Upload images that are sexually explicit, depict violence, hate, harassment or illegal activity.
- Use the service to harass, defame, dox or impersonate anyone.
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or attempt to access other users' data.
- Circumvent free-tier limits, payments, or rate limits.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; the plan remains active until the end of the current billing period. Refunds follow the policy described at checkout and applicable consumer law.
6. Content and IP
You retain rights to selfies you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process them solely to provide the service. The AI-generated reading is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use; the underlying software, design and content remain owned by us.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or expose us to legal risk.
8. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will require fresh consent.
